The benefits of sauna
What can be more relaxing after a long hard day or after an hour in the gym than 15 minutes of sauna?!
Sauna is good for you in so many ways: it helps eliminating the toxins from your body, diminishes the cellulite, cleans your skin’s pores, relaxes the muscles and eliminates the stress. All that heat increases the heart beats and improves the blood circulation.
To get the maximum results from sauna you must know that there are some rules to follow. First of all two sessions of sauna a week is enough. Then, before entering the sauna you should take a worm shower so your body becomes accustomed with the high temperature.
In the sauna you should drink a lot of water because the more water you drink the more you will perspire in order to get rid of the toxins from your body.
After your sauna session is over avoid standing up in a rush or going into a colder temperature. Take a shower again starting with your feet. After the shower, use a hydrating lotion to reestablish your skin’s ph.
For a surplus of relaxation you may use aromatic oils in the sauna and you will create a wonderful climate.
