We are never too rich or too skinny is an old saying that describes perfectly our times. Your health is the most important wealth and you mustn’t forget this when you start a new diet. That’s why a good diet is based on well-balanced nourishment and lots of exercises. A good diet doesn’t promise too much weight loss in a very short time. To keep your good health you should lose one or two kilograms a week. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, whole-cereals with no sugar added, drink a lot of water and green tea and exercise at least half an hour daily. A good diet is a life-long commitment.
