Losing weight with the Mayo diet
After the winter holidays we all want to loose some weight and get back in shape.
The Mayo diet ensures that in 13 days you’ll loose 7- 10 kg, but it must be followed exactly.
Monday:
- Breakfast: black coffee, or tea, with no sugar.
- Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 1 raw tomato, boiled spinach.
- Dinner: grilled beef, green salad with lemon and a little olive oil.
Tuesday:
- Breakfast: black coffee, or tea, and a biscuit.
- Lunch: Grilled beef, green salad with lemon and a little olive oil.
- Dinner: vegetables soup with no meat, a little cow cheese with no fats.
Wednesday:
- Breakfast: black coffee, or tea, and a biscuit.
- Lunch: celery (raw or steamed), an orange.
- Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of low fat meat with green salad.
Thursday:
- Breakfast: black coffee, or tea, one biscuit.
- Lunch: 1 boiled egg, carrots, 50g. pressed cheese.
- Dinner: one bowl of fruit salad with no sugar and one fat free yogurt.
Friday:
- Breakfast: one bowl of rasped carrots with lemon.
- Lunch: low fat fish with one tomato.
- Dinner: grilled beef with green salad.
Saturday:
- Breakfast: tea with no sugar.
- Lunch: ½ grilled chicken with green salad.
- Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, one bowl of rasped carrots.
Sunday:
- Breakfast: black coffee, or tea, with no sugar, and one biscuit.
- Lunch: one law fat steak, one fruit.
- Dinner: anything you desire, accept sweets, bread and alcohol.
The results are wonderful, with the condition that you follow this diet with strictness.
