If you have very dry skin, the most important remedy is a good night sleep. As your body is recovering during the night sleep, also the cellular tissue regains its hydration.

Another good and very pleasant remedy is a nice oil massage. You can ask your boyfriend to give you a nice massage with relaxing oils before bed time.

As a cosmetic remedy, to preserve longer the natural oils of the skin, that help maintaining the hydration, use cosmetic products with hydrating effects, and choose the ones with no sulphates.

In the shower, delicately massage your body with a brush or a rough sponge in order to stimulate your skin to produce enough cortisone.

For a good hydration of your skin it is very important to have a good diet too.

Eat nuts, soy beans and salmon because they are rich in omega 3 and improve the hydration.
