Summer diet for the best bikini body
Summer is the season that we all adore because it’s a season of holiday, pool parties and beach fun. Mini skirts, shorts and bathing suits, but is our body prepared for such bareness? We have some tips for you if you want to have a beautiful, skinnier body this summer and to look great in your new bathing suit.
You should take advantage of the fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, drink at least 2 liters of plain water and green tea a day, eat only lean meat, but only once a week, eat whole grains for breakfast and skimmed milk.
Exercise daily at least 15 minutes. You can go for a walk, go jogging with a friend, jump rope or you can do Pilates or Yoga. At least once a week try to work up your muscles and do some weight exercises.
The key to success in a diet is balance. Don’t eat too much, don’t drink too much. Eat 4-5 small meals and don’t eat dinner later than 6 o’clock in the afternoon.
Being moderate will help you lose weight and get a great slim body in a month at most.
