Burberry, spring-summer 2008 |
||
|
In June 2001 Rose Marie Bravo offered the Burberry creation leadership to a young English designer, Christopher Bailey. His creative achievements for Burberry in 2001 brought an increase of sales of 170 million pounds and more than 400 press publications. The wonderful well-known spirit of the Burberry House put in a new light. And Bailey added extra-glamour to his creations. A glorious statement of chiffon, tulle and organza sank in a river of gold. The gold of the wealthy can be militarily rhythmic, but also detailed in rock rhythms. Great collection for a light and sunny spring of 2008. |
