Square prints
Now, you are allowed to combine as many squares you like, because the chess print is very trendy these days. As a tribute to this print, Domenico Dolce si Steffano Gabbana dedicated a whole seasonal collection to those materials which have square prints on them. Besides D&G, other debutant designers support the print as being the new trend of 2009.

Upgrade you closet with a full set of jackets, dresses, skirts, hats, scarves of trousers, all squared to satisfy fashion’s trend, for 2009 screams Scottish power.
Don’t be afraid to even wear a traditional kilt, but taking into consideration one condition: add a white, embroided or a silk blouse to balance the outfit.
Any combination of squares goes perfectly with a simple leather coat, a pair of knee high boots and wooden accessories.
